This is the Great Ancient Chattur'gha from the Silicon Knights' Game 'Eternal Darkness-Sanity's Requiem' (NGC 2002).
In game, Chattur'gha is the personalization of the ancient and powerful force of war and destruction.
It's a five minutes sketch (it had to be this fast, because you can't pause the films in the game).
Background is made in Photoshop in about the same time as the sketch... (why give it more time than the original drawing?

I really love the game because the Great Ancients and the storyline are somewhat addapted from the Cthulhu-Myth of H.P.Lovecraft.

Because you just drawn half of him, and he's kinda roaring I'm constantly thinking this is the Scene Ulyaoth kills him by splitting him in two halfs via Portals
